Abortion is the death of fetus. Who has the right to kill?

And from the philosophical point of view it is possible to debate for a long time about the definitions of these given by Warren qualities. But Warren supposes that irrespective of how we define them, it is too much for everybody to dispute their essential importance. She also compares our abilities to build the relationships with the objects of the external reality. For example, when we are planning the board, we are not worrying if it feels pain; when we meet lamppost on the street, we are not talking with it; and we are not asking our beloved dog to help us in the solving of the mathematical task.
There is no difference for Warren which of the qualities are main and which are derivatives with the presence of the main. She inclines to believe that the first several features are necessary. However, there is no practical role because fetus has no any of these qualities. But it seems to me that in relation to ability to feel pain, the thoughts of Mary are questionable.
As the fetus doesn’t have main features with the help of which the man can differentiate the similar men, so, therefore, from the moral point of view, there cannot be any arguments against the practice of abortion which are based at the value or importance of the fetus as a personality. And it is necessary to admit here that Warren’s position is enough convincing and strong.
But, imagine for a second such situation: a man want to overcome the obstacle and makes a step sideways and there he steps at the inclined slippery surface (for example, vertical mountain slope without any rough edges). The place on this slope where the main is going to step is not bad but the thing is that it is almost impossible to keep at this place. You will step and at once you’ll begin a dangerous sliding downwards. And with the argument of Mary there is the same situation with the abortion used for the justification. Her argument is strong but…. If the absence of mentioned earlier features substantiates the justification of mortification of the fetus, then at the same grounds we can also talk about justification of killing the newborn. A newborn like fetus doesn’t have any of those features of mind and reasonableness and that’s why he is not a member of the moral community, and therefore, the commandment “don’t kill” cannot be applied to him.
